Marina Goryunova

Marina Goryunova has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Marina is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Russia at Coface since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at MCB.CAPITAL as the Head of Human Resources Department from October 2015 to November 2019. Marina also has experience as an HR admin at Bacardi from March 2014 to October 2015. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at Valeant Pharmaceuticals from November 2013 to March 2014. Marina has also worked as a Compensation Benefits Manager at Bausch + Lomb from December 2012 to September 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Expobank LLC from December 2011 to November 2012. Marina has also gained experience as a Human Resources Specialist and a Banking product sales specialist at Barclays from April 2011 to December 2011 and from December 2010 to April 2011 respectively.

Marina Goryunova obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in 2013. Marina then went on to complete their Master's degree in Strategic HR Management at the same university from 2013 to 2015.
