Mark Godette, M.Ed. has extensive experience in HRIS management and analysis. Mark worked as an HRIS Manager at Cofense from 2018 to null, overseeing the HRIS department. Prior to that, they were an HRIS Manager at Merz North America from 2015 to 2018, responsible for implementing and supporting Ultimate Software's HCM application. Mark also worked as a Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst at Advance Auto Parts from 1997 to 2015. In addition, they held several roles at CARQUEST Auto Parts, including Human Resources Information System Analyst II, Credit and Accounts Receivable Systems, PC Helpdesk Technician, and Assistant Credit Manager. Mark has expertise in Oracle HRIS applications, report and analytic functions, and technical troubleshooting.
Mark Godette, M.Ed., completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Instructional System Technology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Education Information Technologies from East Carolina University, studying from 2003 to 2007. Mark also earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration & Operations Management from Vance-Granville Community College from 1998 to 2000. Currently, Mark Godette is a Doctoral Student pursuing an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership, Learning, Design and Technology at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, starting in 2023.
