Michael Prentiss

Michael Prentiss is a seasoned private equity professional with extensive experience at Argenta Partners LP since November 2012, currently serving as Partner after previously holding the title of Vice President. Prentiss has also held various board positions, including Chairman of the Board at SONIC CONNECTORS Ltd and Heritage Health Solutions, and board member roles at companies such as TimelyMD, NovaLink Inc., and Coffin Turbo Pump, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia. Additional experience includes summer associate positions at Cambuhy Investimentos and GTIS Partners, where involvement in investment analysis and due diligence for private equity and real estate transactions was demonstrated.
