Boudewijn Beerkens

Boudewijn Beerkens is currently the CEO of COFRA Holding AG. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Strategy & Operations Officer from August 2016 to February 2019. Before that, they were the CFO & Member of the Executive Board of Directors at SHV Holdings N.V. from May 2013 to May 2016. From November 2002 to April 2013, they were the Chief Financial Officer/Member of the Executive Board at Wolters Kluwer nv. And finally, from January 1991 to January 2003, they were the Managing Partner Corporate Finance & Recovery at PricewaterhouseCoopers N.V., as well as a member of the European CFR Board.
