Sully Omar

Sully Omar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent role was as the Co-founder and CEO of Cognosys, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer at Universe from June 2021 to April 2023. In this role, they developed, tested, and deployed scalable production REST and GraphQL APIs, optimized backend queries to improve API response times, collaborated with product managers and designers to improve application UI/UX, and built client-facing products utilizing React, Ruby, and GraphQL.
