Vincent Ong possesses extensive experience in operations and project management within the technology and engineering sectors. At Cohu, Inc., Vincent has held multiple leadership roles since June 2017, including Director of Operations Project, Head of Operations Project, Head of Factory Planning, Operations Manager, Program Manager, and Project Manager, demonstrating a strong capability in overseeing complex operational processes. Prior to this, Vincent worked at Excellift Sdn. Bhd. from June 2013 to January 2017 as a Project and Design Engineer, providing technical support, overseeing project kick-offs, and supervising site activities, while being responsible for the design and development of industrial lifting and material handling equipment.
