Angie Sasse

Angie Sasse is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and library media. Currently serving as a 2nd Grade Teacher and previously as a 1st Grade Teacher at College Station ISD since August 2016, Angie has a strong foundation in elementary education. Prior experience includes a role as Media Specialist at the School Board of Manatee County from August 2005 to June 2016, where responsibilities included building and maintaining library collections, teaching informational literacy skills, and providing professional development for staff. Angie's career began as a Media Specialist and Teacher at Katy ISD from January 2002 to June 2005. Angie holds a Master of Science in Library Science from Texas Woman's University and two degrees from Texas A&M University: a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies. Additionally, Angie possesses National Board Certification in Library Media.
