Lori Chavez

Lori Chavez is an experienced mental health professional with a diverse background in clinical settings and a focus on behavioral health and care management. Currently serving as a Functional Assessment Care Manager and Behavioral Health Care Manager at Colorado Access since August 2013, Lori previously worked as an Admissions Assessment Clinician at the Eating Disorder Center of Denver and held various roles, including therapist and counselor at several organizations, where responsibilities encompassed conducting assessments, facilitating therapy sessions, and crisis intervention. Lori holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University.
