Jeremy Owings

Jeremy Owings, ACE, serves as the Airport Operations Manager at Colorado Springs Airport since October 2020 and is also the Metro Planning Lead for Team Rubicon in Des Moines, IA, from January 2020. Previously, Owings held positions at Des Moines Airport Authority, where responsibilities included managing airport operations and security, alongside developing compliance documentation for FAA and TSA regulations. With a background in airport management and operations extending back to 2007, Owings has experience in various roles including training coordination and ground service positions. Owings holds a Bachelor of Science in Flight Operations from the University of Dubuque, attained between 2006 and 2009.
