Kristin Bedoya

Kristin Bedoya has extensive experience in retail management, with a focus on district and regional leadership roles. Kristin is currently the Director of Retail at Columbia Care, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Retail and Regional Manager at Curaleaf from 2019 to 2021. Kristin also served as a Regional Recruitment Manager and Regional Manager at Pacific Dental Services from 2018 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Bedoya held various district and general manager positions at companies such as Nautica, Gap Inc / Banana Republic Factory Store, dots LLC, Acceptance Insurance, Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, and Avenue. Kristin has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing multiple stores and teams, and achieving impressive sales results.

Kristin Bedoya attended York College of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1987, focusing on Marketing/Business Management. Kristin did not obtain a degree during this time.
