Kristina Payne

Kristina Payne is an experienced youth counselor with a focus on the WISe program at Columbia Wellness since October 2018. Previously, Kristina worked as an intern with the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services in the Developmental Disabilities Administration, where manual revisions and policy understanding were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include serving as an admissions representative at West Coast Training, where Kristina assisted diverse students with enrollment and support services, and as a material control associate at Steelscape, managing shipping and handling processes. Kristina also has experience as a substitute teacher's aide in the Woodland School District, providing individualized support to students with developmental disabilities. Kristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Children's Studies from Eastern Washington University, earned between 2016 and 2018.
