Michele Blakeslee

Michele Blakeslee has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michele worked at Care Synergy, first as the Special Projects Director from September 2014 to November 2020, and then as the Director of Application Support & Project Management from November 2020 onwards. Care Synergy is a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing hospice and palliative care.

Prior to their role at Care Synergy, Michele was the Director of Technical Operations at Alphapage, LLC. from September 2013 to August 2014. Their responsibilities included implementing scalable process improvements and managing account operations.

Before that, they worked at Effect-Tech as a Senior Business Analyst/Inside Sales Rep from September 2012 to August 2013. Their role involved supporting the Splunk and BMC Remedy practices and building strong business relationships.

Michele also served as the Director of Business Applications at The Denver Hospice from June 2006 to September 2012. In this role, they were responsible for technical and financial analytics, project management, and supervising senior business analysts.

Michele has prior experience as the Director of Administrative Services at Mount Saint Vincent Home from April 2005 to May 2006, overseeing IT, quality management, purchasing, and other administrative functions.

Earlier in their career, Michele worked at WellPoint as a Senior IT Project Manager from January 1997 to April 2005, leading initiatives such as EDI integration and document management. Michele also served as a Systems Configuration Analyst at Qualmed Corporation from April 1996 to January 1997, responsible for system configuration and end-user training.

Michele's career began at State Farm, where they worked as a Claims Representative from May 1993 to March 1996.

Michele Blakeslee completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Automative Parts & Service Management from Colorado State University Pueblo in the years 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Rangeview High School from 1984 to 1988.
