Lucy Muyoyeta

Lucy Muyoyeta has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Lucy currently serves as a Project Lead at Comic Relief since 2022. Prior to this, Lucy worked as a Self-employed Social Development Consultant starting from 2016. From 2012 to 2016, they held the position of Project Director at Norwegian Disability Consortium/Opportunity Zambia. Before that, Lucy worked as an Independent Consultant from 2010 to 2012. Their earlier roles include serving as Country Director at Action Aid International from 2006 to 2010, and as an Independent Consultant from 2004 to 2006. Lucy's career started as an Executive Director at Open Society Initiative for Southern Africa from 1999 to 2004, and they also worked as a Country Representative at Oxfam from 1994 to 1998.

Lucy Muyoyeta holds a Master's degree in Rural Sociology from the University of Reading. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Zambia.
