Christina Jackson has extensive experience in client onboarding, operations management, and team leadership within the real estate and business services sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of the Client Onboarding & MLS Compliance Team at CINC since July 2018, Christina oversees processes that enhance agent engagement throughout the home buying journey. Previous roles at CINC included responsibility as a Client Onboarding & Operations Specialist and an Account Manager, managing elite real estate teams and advising on best practices. Prior to CINC, Christina worked at Servcorp as a Center Manager, focusing on sales, client management, and maintaining service excellence. Christina's early career included management responsibilities at Mattress Firm, overseeing store operations and sales strategies. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary English Education from Kennesaw State University.
