Rebecca joined Common Ground in the fall of 2000 and is inspired by the relationships formed over seasons and years with children and families who join us at Common Ground. After more than a decade, she has had the opportunity to see young campers grow up and enroll as CGHS students. Some of those students have become teachers in the programs that they once enjoyed as young children, leading a new generation on hikes and adventures on the same trails that helped them discover a love for nature and outdoor learning.
Rebecca holds a master’s degree in environmental education and has two little boys who love eating sorrel in Common Ground’s teaching garden. Her dog Milo is usually under her desk at work and is much loved by summer campers.
