Meghan Frost

Meghan S. Frost is currently the System Vice President of National Philanthropy Initiatives at CommonSpirit Health, a position held since March 2022. Previous experience includes serving as AVP of Development at Creighton University from 2019 to 2022, leading a significant philanthropic campaign for a $100 million regional campus. At Northern Arizona University from 2012 to 2019, Meghan provided comprehensive fundraising leadership, raising over $18 million annually and playing a pivotal role in closing a $100 million comprehensive campaign. Early career roles included Director of Foundation & Corporate Relations at NAU and similar positions at Arizona State University, where significant fundraising initiatives were established. Meghan holds a PhD and MA in Rhetoric and Communication from Ohio University, along with a BA in English Literature from Washington & Jefferson College.
