Emilie Lepicard

Emilie Lepicard has extensive experience in mobility and urban planning, currently serving as the Responsable du service Mobilités at Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy Pontoise since December 2015. Key responsibilities include managing a team to develop and animate the Plan Local de Mobilité, overseeing public transport issues with IDFM, and implementing cycling policies along with various awareness campaigns. Prior to this role, Emilie worked as Chargée de mission for soft mobility and road safety at Département des Yvelines, focusing on funding applications and developing infrastructure for cycling routes. Emilie's background includes roles in project coordination for national cycling itineraries, as well as internships with international organizations, contributing to transportation and urban development initiatives. Emilie holds multiple advanced degrees in Urban Planning, European Project Management, and Geography, and has completed preparatory classes for the École Normale Supérieure.
