Sucada Withrow-Bell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sucada started their career in retail management at Newport News Inc., where they analyzed sales data and managed inventory. Sucada then transitioned into sales, working as a Sales Representative at Pepsi Bottling Group, where they successfully managed and grew multiple accounts. Following that, Sucada worked as a Designer Assistant at Anna Fong Collection, assisting with various aspects of garment production. Sucada later became a Womenswear Designer at SWB Collection, specializing in custom garments and providing consultations to clients. Sucada then ventured into merchandising, working as a Visual Merchandiser at Lawrence Merchandising Services, where they maximized sales through effective display and merchandising strategies. Sucada also worked as a Carlton, RPG, and Papyrus Card Representative at American Greetings, successfully managing a retail portfolio and maintaining high levels of inventory and customer engagement. Most recently, Sucada has been involved in educational non-profit work, holding roles at Communities In Schools (CIS) of Chicago. Sucada started as a School Partnership Specialist, managing a portfolio of Chicago Public Schools and developing strategies for creating partnerships. Sucada then progressed to a Senior School Partnership Specialist role, coaching team members and identifying school needs. Currently, Sucada serves as the Associate Director of School Partnerships, overseeing the growth of partnerships and analyzing key metrics. Outside of their professional experience, Sucada co-founded and served as the President of the Westchester Educational Foundation, where they led development efforts and secured funding from local businesses.

Sucada Withrow-Bell attended Hampton University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Marketing. Sucada later pursued their passion in fashion and enrolled in The Art Institutes from 2006 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Fashion Design.
