Abby Ayers

Abby Ayers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Abby began their career at Lehman Brothers as a Corporate Events Extern where they gained experience in event planning and corporate services. Following that, they worked at Dogswell as a Collegiate Sales Rep and Demo Specialist. Abby then interned at Zipline Logistics, where they focused on marketing and logistics. Abby also interned at Tan Envy LLC, where they handled business development and marketing tasks. Abby joined MB Organizers as a Business Development Analyst, where they played a role in website redesign, affiliate program implementation, and social media communication. Abby then worked at Sunless Inc., where they served as an International Business Administrator and played a key role in overseeing international distribution networks and coordinating trade show events. Abby later joined Daymon Worldwide as an Associate Business Manager and Business Manager, specializing in Kroger Simple Truth Brand & International. Before their current position, Abby worked at The Retail Odyssey Company as a Business Manager, specifically managing Kroger Beverage. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Retail Partnerships at Fair Trade USA, where they have progressively advanced through various roles.

Abby Ayers completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications with a minor in Business Administration at The Ohio State University from 2006 to 2010. Abby later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Business at Cleveland State University from 2012 to 2013.
