Louis Gill

Louis Gill serves as the Chief Program Officer at the Community Action Partnership of Kern since February 2023. Previously, Louis held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Bakersfield Homeless Center and Alliance Against Family Violence & Sexual Assault from March 2000 to September 2021. Academically, Louis earned a Master of Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco between 1995 and 1998 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from San Francisco State University.
