Mshrd Sylvia Molina

Sylvia Molina, MSHRD, PHR has a diverse work experience. From 2014 onwards, they worked at Community Concepts, Inc. where they progressively advanced in their roles as a Human Resources Manager, Director of Human Resources, Senior Director of Human Resources, and finally as the Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2013, Sylvia was the Co-Owner and Manager of Beadazzled.

Sylvia Molina, MSHRD, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from St. Mary's College of Maryland from 2001 to 2006. Later, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University. Additionally, Sylvia obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in September 2017.
