Hannah McLaughlin

Hannah McLaughlin, MSW, is an experienced Program Officer specializing in health initiatives and opioid partnerships at the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan since September 2019. Previously, Hannah served as a Market Operations Manager focused on clinical redesign at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing trauma-informed care management for homeless and chronically ill individuals, alongside managing community partnerships to implement integrated care models. Additionally, Hannah managed the myCommunity Connect Center, ensuring access to essential social support services for community members through various outreach initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Program Coordinator at Gleaners Community Food Bank of Southeastern Michigan, where Hannah developed youth nutrition and hunger awareness programs. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Albion College and a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan, with studies at University College Cork.
