Matt Klassen

Matt Klassen has extensive experience in community support and education, currently serving as the Manager of People Development at Community Living BC since May 2019, previously holding roles such as Associate Manager of Corporate Learning and Policy and Program Analyst. Prior to this, Matt worked with the Ministry of Social Development and Poverty Reduction as a STADD Navigator from August 2016 to May 2019. Additionally, Matt has a background as a Shared Living Provider while self-employed and operated Northwest Freelance Services as a business owner specializing in web content development. Previous roles include Community Support Worker at Communitas Supportive Care Society and Adjunct Instructor positions at Columbia College and Vancouver Island University. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from Regent College and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion/Religious Studies from Columbia College.
