Lucas Neiva Lemos Vidal

Lucas Neiva Lemos Vidal has extensive experience in the fields of quality, safety, health, and environmental management. Currently serving as the Corporate Coordinator of QSMS at Ferbasa since October 2010, Lucas oversees the management system for safety, health, quality, and the environment, leading a team of nine. Responsibilities include developing and implementing QSSMA plans, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating internal and external audits. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Engineer at SENAI Cetind, where Lucas provided consulting for environmental licenses, emergency plans, and waste management strategies, as well as serving as an intern in environmental engineering at both SENAI and Embasa. Lucas holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Environmental Engineering, and postgraduate qualifications in Occupational Hygiene and Safety Engineering.
