Chris Kapsales

Chris Kapsales has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Chris is currently working as a Senior Technical Business Analyst at Compas, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at NFI as a Business Analyst II - Transportation from November 2016 to May 2021. At NFI, they led new startup integration into the Transportation Management System, managed and developed business requirements for IT initiatives, and presented innovative solutions to executive leadership.

From June 2014 to October 2016, Chris worked as an Analytics and Modeling Senior Analyst at Accenture Procurement BPO. In this role, they managed the collection of corporate spend data for spend analytics, captured realized savings, conducted forecasting and modeling, and assisted with client on-boarding.

Before joining Accenture, Chris was an Account Manager at Innovative Software Solutions from May 2011 to June 2014. Chris managed 16 customers, including the firm's top grossing clients. Prior to this, they worked as an Associate at KCG LLC from January 2011 to April 2011. In this role, they provided statistical analysis using advanced Excel features, conducted library database and internet searches, and reviewed various types of contracts and agreements.

Chris' early work experience includes roles such as a Research and Teacher Assistant at Rutgers University from September 2009 to December 2010, where they provided research support to faculty and collaborated on research with other universities. Chris also worked as a Research Assistant at Rutgers University from September 2008 to December 2008, where they provided research support for an experimental study on the relationship of gender to successful employment interviews.

Chris'swork experience also includes a role as a Security Officer at Strike Force from June 2006 to August 2007, where they provided backstage and general security for major performers and ring-side security at boxing matches. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Holmdel High School from February 2006 to June 2006.

Chris Kapsales completed their education at Rutgers University - Camden. Chris obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from 2007 to 2009 and later pursued a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from 2009 to 2011. Apart from their formal education, Chris has also obtained several certifications, including "Goal Setting: Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)" from LinkedIn in April 2023, "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI)" from Coursera in April 2022, and "Statistics Foundations: 1" from LinkedIn in December 2019. Additionally, they have acquired certifications in various subjects such as SQL, lean six sigma, business analytics, R programming, and blockchain basics.
