Jody Withers has over two decades of experience in the human resources and payroll sectors. Currently serving as a Benefit Compliance Manager and HR/Payroll Business Partner at Compass, Inc. since December 2011, Jody has developed expertise in benefit compliance and payroll management. Prior to this role, Jody held the position of Payroll Manager at McClendon Corporation from November 2000 to January 2012, where valuable skills in payroll operations were cultivated.
