Previously, Joshua held the role of Senior Director of Compliance at Pink Energy, overseeing enterprise-wide compliance and advising executive leadership on regulatory issues. Prior positions include Contracts Manager at CIRCOR International, Inc., where Joshua managed customer contracts for global operations, and Legal Counsel at ScentAir, focusing on global procurement contracts and legal standardization. Joshua's earlier experience includes roles such as Test & Declare Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Agility Recovery Solutions, alongside a solo practice and positions at law firms. Joshua earned a J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a B.A. in Environmental Studies with a minor in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
