Kristen Getka McDuffie

Kristen Getka McDuffie, Ed.D., is a seasoned professional in talent development and education, currently serving as a Talent & Development Specialist at Compass Group USA since August 2021. With extensive experience as a trainer for Tabata Bootcamp since April 2015, McDuffie has also held various educational roles, including Adjunct Instructor and Professional & Leadership Development Coordinator at Daytona State College from August 2016 to December 2021. Previous positions include Center Manager & Education Coordinator at Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Associate Director and Assistant Director of Residence Life at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and Village Coordinator and Interim Director of Student Activities at Virginia Wesleyan College. McDuffie's education includes a Doctor of Education in Higher Education and Policy Studies from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Cabrini University.
