Charles Williams has worked in a variety of roles in the private and public sectors. From 1998 to 2013, they held various positions with the UK Ministry of Defence, including Strategic Planner and Commanding Officer. In 2013, they completed the Higher Command and Staff Course at the Joint Command and Staff College, which included a Chartered Management Institute level 8 qualification in strategic direction and leadership. From 2014 to 2015, they were Director Asset Development Global Metals at Noble Group. Since 2015, they have been Global Head of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer at Concord Resources Limited, a private company registered in the UK that focuses on the distribution, supply chain and risk management of non-ferrous metals and raw materials.
Charles Williams completed their education history with a Master's Degree in Defence Studies from King's College London in 2004. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham between 1989 and 1992. Charles's educational journey began at Tonbridge School from 1983 to 1989.
