Alicia Wiese

Alicia Wiese is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in architecture, engineering, and service delivery. Currently serving as the Director of IT Architecture and Engineering at Conduent since January 2017, Alicia previously held the position of VP for the IT Service Delivery Excellence Program at Xerox Business Services, LLC from August 2004 to January 2017. In this role, Alicia focused on ensuring service delivery excellence and continual improvement for Xerox clients. Additionally, Alicia directed Infrastructure Engineering within the Service Design & Build team at Xerox, translating business requirements into effective service designs. Previous roles include Director of Client Vendor Services at both Xerox Commercial Solutions, LLC and ACS, A Xerox Company, as well as Customer Hardware Engineer at Hewlett-Packard from 1992 to 2002. Alicia is a graduate of Central State University.
