Lynnette Davis

Lynnette Davis serves as Assistant General Counsel and Vice President and Corporate Counsel at Conduent since January 2015, with prior experience at Xerox in the same roles from January 2015 to January 2017. Previously, Lynnette was In-House Counsel at CNSI from October 2012 to January 2015 and held positions as Senior Legal Counsel and In-House Counsel at the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services from July 2002 to February 2010. Lynnette holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Seattle University School of Law (1999-2002) and a BA in English from the University of Washington (1996-1999), having also attended Texas Tech University from 1994 to 1996.
