Kirk Robinson

Kirk Robinson has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as Vice President of Maintenance and Facilities at Conifer Realty since November 2008. Robinson has held various leadership roles, including Director of Maintenance and Regional Facilities Manager, and has been instrumental in promoting maintenance initiatives across multiple states and properties. As a Maintenance Mentor, Robinson has focused on enhancing property maintenance operations and supporting maintenance staff, while also leading technical operations as a Regional Maintenance Supervisor. Additionally, Robinson co-owns The Charleston House Restaurant since May 2022. Robinson is certified as a Facilities Technician through Monroe 1 Boces and has pursued further education at Delaware State University.
