Liz Lynch has over 12 years of work experience in the human resources and staff management field. In 2009, they began their career as an Executive Assistant at The Hershey Company. In 2012, they moved on to become an Assistant Manager at Active Culture - Natural Foods Cafe. In 2013, they joined Westport Properties, Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2016, they held two positions as a Human Resources Manager at One, Inc. and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Baker Tilly US. In 2020, they moved to Yupo Corporation America as a Human Resources Manager. In 2022, they were a People and Culture Manager at Conservis. Currently, they are the Head of Staff Experience at Sam Hill Entertainment.
Liz Lynch obtained a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of South Carolina in 2009. Liz then obtained a Master's Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University in 2015. Liz completed their Master's Certificate in 2016.
