Daniel Vice

Assistant General Counsel at Consumer Product Safety Commission

Daniel Vice has served as the Assistant General Counsel in the Regulatory Affairs Division at the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission since December 2012, including a period as Acting Assistant General Counsel. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Attorney at the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence and Attorney with Meyer and Glitzenstein. Additionally, Daniel Vice was a Trial Attorney with the District of Columbia Court of Appeals following a law clerk position for Judge Frank Schwelb. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Studies from American University.
