Margaret Kafui Gordon

Margaret Kafui Gordon, PMP, MRICS, MGhIS, is a seasoned project manager currently employed at Contracta Construction UK Ltd since October 2018, where contributions include project management during the preconstruction phase, cost management, and contract negotiation. In addition to this role, Margaret has served as Project Team Lead at ProjektLead since November 2015, overseeing project management from inception to closure, including cost management and procurement processes. Previous experience includes positions as Project Coordinator/Senior Quantity Surveyor at Micheletti and Co. Ltd, where skills in FIDIC contract management and project reporting were utilized, and as Senior Quantity Surveyor at David Walter Ltd., focusing on tender documentation and project execution.
