Kevin Scharfe

Kevin Scharfe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, creative direction, and education. As Co-Founder of Converge Collective since June 2019, Kevin has played a key role in developing an innovative communication and management platform focused on enhancing workplace collaboration and employee training. Previously, as Business Owner of Warum Studios from January 2013 to September 2019, Kevin invented The Ripple, a patented product recognized on CBS New York and featured in the Nikkei Marketing Journal, with sales through major retailers like Urban Outfitters and Walmart. Additionally, Kevin served as Creative Director at Elation from June 2015 to December 2018, overseeing various multimedia projects while reviewing scholarly articles in social cognitive neuroscience to inform content creation. Kevin also contributed to education as a Graphic Arts Instructor at Billings Public School District 2 from September 2010 to August 2015. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Montana State University-Bozeman.
