Elisaveta HR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and finance. Elisaveta started their career as a Financial Consultant at \u041f\u0410\u0422 " \u0423\u043a\u0440\u0441\u0438\u0431\u0431\u0430\u043d\u043a" BNP Paribas Group in 2008, where they provided financial advice to small and medium-sized businesses. Elisaveta then worked as a HR Inspector at \u041f\u0410\u0422 " \u041c\u0438\u0441\u0442\u043e \u0411\u0430\u043d\u043a" from 2009 to 2011, where they were responsible for recruitment and personnel management. In 2011, they joined Cool.Club as the Head of HR Department.

Elisaveta HR obtained their Master's degree in Organizational Management from the State University of Management, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, in 2008, they completed an internship at the development center of PAT "Ukrsibbank" BNP Paribas Group, focusing on providing legal consulting services for bank products.
