Chithaa Madanayake is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR operations across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Group Human Resources Manager for Retail at Cool Planet since December 2021, Chithaa has previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at UN Consortium, where oversight of HR operations for four companies and enhancement of talent management initiatives were key responsibilities. Chithaa's background includes significant roles at NEOChem Group Of Companies and STAEDTLER, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and internal communications. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master’s in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business with International Management from Northumbria University, Chithaa also holds various credentials in Human Resources Management.
