Pallav Mehta began their work experience in 2017 as Chief of Hematology/Oncology at Redeemer Health. In 2015, they also served as Assistant Professor of Medicine, Director of Integrative Oncology, and Director of Practice Development at Cooper University Health Care. Recently, in 2023, they have taken on the role of Medical Director at Reimagine Care, where they are involved in transforming cancer care by providing virtual and at-home comprehensive symptom management and cancer drug administration.

Pallav Mehta completed their High School Diploma at Stuyvesant High School from 1988 to 1991. Pallav then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Biology at New York University, graduating in 1995. After that, they attended Thomas Jefferson University and obtained their Doctor of Medicine degree in 2001. Following their medical degree, they completed an Internship and Residency program in Internal Medicine at Temple University from 2001 to 2004. Finally, from 2004 to 2007, they undertook a Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center.
