Glen Perry

Glen Perry serves as President & CEO of COP Construction LLC in Billings, MT, and Salt Lake City, UT, since April 2017, bringing over 25 years of experience in construction management. Additionally, Glen holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Blue Stakes of Utah 811 since September 2021 and acts as a non-voting Advisory Board Member/Director for the same organization, representing construction and excavation stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and Project Manager at Alder Construction from 1994 to March 2017, Junior Foreman at Sargent from June 1992 to September 1993, and Construction Laborer at Leighton A. White, Inc. from June 1990 to September 1991. Glen earned a B.S. and A.S. in Construction Management and Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Maine between 1990 and 1994.
