Reuven Shelef

Reuven is the founder and president of OUT OF THE BOX Consulting and has more than 25 years of experience in the high tech industry. He has directed and consulted management teams while successfully exploring new ways to conduct and engineer business processes and systems in various types of companies – from startups to large multi-national corporations.

Reuven creates successful working environments by exercising his authentic leadership skills and his incredible focus on customer needs and satisfaction. He has assisted Fortune 500 technology companies in creating effective enterprise-wide Program Management Offices (PMO) to increase revenue, and improve customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration. Working with industry leading partners, he elevates his clients’ operations through process improvement, management consulting, and coaching. He has been working with Salesforce.com since 2004 and provides comprehensive services for SFDC environments -- from system architecture and design through end-to-end implementation.

Reuven is a former Captain in the Israeli Army, served as an intelligence research officer, training officer and as the commander of field intelligence course in the IDF School of Intelligence. He commanded over 100 field officers and soldiers. Reuven is an Honor graduate of the Tel-Aviv Practical Engineering University and a first class honor graduate of Coventry Engineering University.
