Perri Langenbahn has a diverse work experience in the customer success and account management field. Perri started their career in 2013 as a Senior Account Executive at Yelp Reservations, where they demonstrated their sales and client management skills. In 2015, they transitioned to an Account Manager role and continued to excel in maintaining strong relationships with clients. In 2016, Perri joined NimbleRx as a Partnership Manager and Sales Enablement, where they focused on building and managing partnerships. In 2017, they moved to Copper as an Implementation Specialist, showcasing their expertise in implementing and optimizing solutions for customers. Perri then progressed to the role of Onboarding Project Manager in 2019, and in 2020, they took on the role of Manager, Onboarding, further establishing their leadership capabilities. Currently, Perri holds the position of Director, Customer Success at Copper, demonstrating their strategic and operational abilities.
Perri Langenbahn obtained an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Las Positas College from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Adolescent Development with a focus on Youth & Family Services at San Francisco State University from 2009 to 2012.
