Cindy Snow

Cindy Snow has extensive experience in customer success, product management, and education. Cindy began their career in 2006 as an Elementary Educator at Chase Street Elementary School, where they were a finalist for Teacher of the Year 2009 and district-wide Foundation of Excellence Teacher of Promise 2007. In 2010, they became Web and Social Media Manager at reBlossom Mama Baby Shop, where they promoted recurring and special events, classes, playgroups, and support groups through Facebook, blog, graphics, and MailChimp email campaigns. In 2015, Cindy joined umano clothing as Director of Ecommerce and Technology, reporting to the CEO of the B2C fashion startup. Cindy optimized the conversion funnel and re-designed the website for the company's appearance on ABC's Shark Tank. In 2017, they became an eCommerce and Marketing Consultant for Independent Contractor, consulting multiple local businesses on eCommerce growth strategy and marketing. From 2019 to 2021, Cindy worked at FormFree as Chief Operating Officer, Director of Product, and Product Manager. In this role, they guided teams across multiple functions in conducting the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of products and API integrations, and facilitating a 275% revenue increase from 2019 to 2020. Cindy also boosted the internal culture and processes using quantitative and qualitative data to drive decision-making. Most recently, Cindy joined MX as a Fintech Client Strategy Consultant in 2021 and is currently VP of Customer Success at Core10.

Cindy Snow has a Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology from Emory University and a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from The University of Georgia. In 2021, they obtained a Leadership in the 21st Century certification from Wharton Online. In 2020, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
