Justin C. Thompson

Justin C. Thompson serves as an Associate Wealth Planner at Corient since February 2023, after previously holding the title of Wealth Management Intern. An accomplished athlete, Justin excelled as the Captain of the SMU Mustangs Men's Golf team from August 2017 to May 2023, achieving the fifth lowest scoring average in the program's history and earning Academic All-American honors from 2018 to 2023. Experience as a Venture Analyst at Adi Family Office involved sourcing startups for investment and presenting quarterly updates. A brief tenure as an Equity Research Intern at Hodges Capital included assessing public equities and collaborating with executives on investment strategies. Additional experience as a Real Estate Analyst Intern at Silver Oak Multifamily Capital and as a Section Tournament Operations Intern with the Northern Texas PGA further enhanced Justin's financial and analytical skills. Justin holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Statistical Science from Southern Methodist University.
