Kelly Murray

Kelly Murray has a diverse work experience in the field of talent attraction and acquisition. Kelly is currently working as the Head of Talent Attraction & Acquisition for CI Financial and CI Private Wealth in North America. Prior to this, they held the position of Director Talent Acquisition at Liberty and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at Bell. Kelly also has experience working at Manulife, where they served as the Executive Talent Lead - Global and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant. In addition, Kelly worked at Target as the Talent Lead - Pharmacy and at BlackBerry as the Manager - Talent Acquisition Operations and Recruitment Consultant. Kelly also worked at Williams Lea as the Corporate Resource Manager - Talent Acquisition. Throughout their career, Kelly has demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing recruitment strategies, building partnerships with stakeholders, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

Kelly Murray attended Douglas Academy but did not obtain any degree or pursue a specific field of study. In September 2022, Kelly obtained a certification as an AIRS Certified Diversity Recruiter from ADP.
