Frank Choe

As Vice President of Manufacturing Operations, Frank is responsible for manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing, and logistics management. Prior to joining Cornelis Networks, Frank served as Vice President of Operations at Headwall Photonics, a technology company focused on the design and manufacturing of hyperspectral imaging systems. Frank brings over 35 years of experience in NPI, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, purchasing, logistics, and quality management involving optical, laser, medical, wireless, and network product manufacturing operations.

Frank previously held senior positions with vertically integrated global contract electronic manufacturing service (EMS) providers Sanmina and Flairis/Beyonics Technology, and co-founded All Quality and Services, Inc. (AQS), where he led multi-national manufacturing operations involving PCB manufacturing and assembly, precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, cable assembly, and injection molding, as well as global warehousing and distribution.

Frank holds a BS in Chemistry from St. Joseph’s University and a MS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Delaware, and is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).
