Upasana Gupta

Upasana Gupta is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in quality assurance and test automation. Currently at Cornerstone OnDemand since May 2018, Upasana has fulfilled roles including Engineering Manager and QA Lead, overseeing QA teams, recruiting and training QA engineers, and developing testing methodologies. Previous roles include Test Automation Lead at Fidelity National Financial, where project management and automation frameworks were a focus, and Senior Quality Engineer positions at Intuit and SAP Labs, specializing in test automation and framework development. Upasana began a career in software engineering at Wipro Technologies, developing automation frameworks for web applications. Upasana holds a BTech in Information Technology from Motivational Pathway.
