Tamsin Thomas has extensive work experience in public relations and communications. Tamsin currently works as the Head of PR and Communications at Cornwall Hospice Care, where they handle external and internal communications, manages the charity's brand and reputation, and supports various departments. Tamsin has been with the company since 2014 and is currently working part-time remotely from The Falklands.

Prior to this, Tamsin worked as the Public Relations Manager for the South West region at the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI). Tamsin Thomas began their education in 1972 at Fowey Comprehensive and St Austell Sixth Form College, where they completed their O levels and A levels. Tamsin then attended Falmouth University from 1980 to 1981, where they earned a Diploma in Radio Journalism with a focus on Radio and Television.
