Jay Sandys, PhD has a diverse work experience in the field of organizational development and clinical services. From 2007 to the present, they have worked at CCA Inc. as the Vice President of Organizational Development, overseeing training design and delivery, consultation to managers and HR professionals, and providing executive coaching to senior leaders. Jay is also responsible for account management for some of CCA's largest clients. From 2002 onwards, they have also been working as a psychotherapist in private practice, specializing in addressing grief, anxiety, career concerns, relationship issues, and substance abuse, with a focus on working with physicians. Prior to that, they worked as a manager at New York Presbyterian Hospital from 2001 to 2006.

Jay Sandys, PhD completed their education in a chronological manner. Jay obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from McGill University from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Social Work at Tulane University from 1994 to 1995. Later, they furthered their education at New York University, where they earned a PhD in Clinical Social Work, which was completed by 2012. Additionally, Sandys holds additional certifications in Executive Coaching from Baruch College and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) in New York, New Jersey, and Colorado.
