Laura Williams, CPIM, PMP, PMI-SP is an experienced professional in project management and consulting. Currently serving as a Consultant at PMM-Project Management Training and Consulting, Laura also holds the position of Project Controls Specialist at EDG since August 2010. Additionally, Laura has been involved with Boston University Corporate Education Group as a Facilitator and Project Management Trainer from 2003 to the present. Previously, Laura worked as the BPG Schedule Management Volume Manager for the College of Scheduling from 2007 to 2010, contributing extensive expertise in project scheduling and management training throughout the career.
